The following is a status update for the Sonidos Del Mar project:
 
                        Construction
 
1.)    Construction of all infrastructure within the project. ie. (earth movement, road installation, storm water, curbing, electric lines, water lines, etc ) is 64% complete.
 
2.)    The construction process has been progressing steadily over the past months despite the fact that we have had 25 work days canceled since July 28th, because of excessive rain and flooding.  A grand total of 35 work days have been canceled since the start of construction at Sonidos Del Mar. Most of the excessive rain and cancelled work days that occurred in late August and early September were the result of hurricane Hanna and Gustav respectively. While neither hurricane Hanna nor Gustav brought heavy winds to the region, they did however bring a tremendous amount of rainfall in which day after day it consistently rained upwards of 6 hours a day. 

3.)    Currently the developing team is working hard to obtain the last remaining permits and variances to finish the construction of the remaining roads and earth movement.
 
4.)    Rock Construction the company completing the infrastructure within Sonidos Del Mar is currently working to get blueprints and construction documents for the community pool and the community center.
