Lily Driver - Speaks Spanish and English
Lily grew up in San Isidro del General, Perez Zeledon.. At the age of eighteen she moved to Dominical to work at a local hotel where she met people from throughout the world. After several years in Dominical she moved to California and lived there for seven years and worked in real estate. Recently Lily decided to join Sol Property Group where she will leverage her local knowledge, real estate experience and extensive network in California. She is extremely proud to be from Costa Rica due to the beauty and wonderful people.

Virginia Carlton - Eastern Texas
Virginia has been in Real Estate since 1979. She has served as an agent, trainer, office manager and now International real estate. Virginia has lived overseas and has traveled to many countries including several trips to Mexico and Central America. She is currently working toward CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) She Loves the water, traveling and interacting with different cultures. Virginia is also an active member of Rotary and is very active with the exchange student program.

Peter Mackness Peter is established as our European representative based in the U.K. He first became involved in property management, real estate and international relations while studying in Oxford. For the past 18 months Peter has been working directly in the overseas property market. As part of the sales team of the largest overseas property company in Europe, he was initially based in Spain. This was followed up by a period spent working directly for the largest property developer in the Cape Verde Islands. Prior to this, Peter lived in Costa Rica for three years in Manuel Antonio between the National Park and Quepos. As a result of this experience, he has developed a long lasting attachment, not just the region, but to Costa Rica as a whole. It is with this in mind that he has joined the Sol Property Group Team. On a personal level Peter is a keen sportsman which can often conflict with his healthy interest in cooking! |
