Mexicana Airlines , Mexico´s national airline announced its new route from Cancun, Mexico, to San Jose´s Juan Santamaria Airport.
They will us an Airbus A318 (cap. 124 passengers) and will fly every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Rates will start at around $260 with a montly goal of 2,000 monthly passengers. Mexicana Airlines also has connections to Washington DC, Chicago, Miami, New York, Cuba and Puerto Rico. With these new four weekly flights, Mexicana now has 15 weekly fights to Costa Rica.
