Down to Costa Rica to Visit Project, Hospital CIMA and other locations

Buenas dias!

I landed on Friday afternoon into San Jose, Costa Rica, on time (Delta Airlines). I rented a cab, grabbed a quick bite to eat at a popular restaurant in San Jose called Tapia. They serve a little bit of everything from hambergers to typical Costa Rican food. It is very clean and located near Central Colon. I ordered the Plato del dia (plate of the day with chicken) which was a casado. A casado is a very popular Costa Rican meal and usually includes a meat (I had chicken), rice, a salad, plantinos and a fruit juice.

I quickly ate and then met with Latin American Title Co for approximately one hour to finalize the lending for our exclusive real estate project The Village of San Buenas. We each have a short checklist of work to complete with the goal of being finalized by the end of May. After that we will be able to offer financing on that project.

On Saturday I got up and decided to visit Hospital CIMA located in Escazu (a suburb of San Jose). I have read a lot of information about the hospital and the services it provides but I had never stepped foot inside. I found out that there are tours available Monday through Friday through the Public Relations department. Therefore, I didn't see too much, but I did pick up some material that I will later scan and post. I plan on visiting and touring the hospital in the next week to 10 days. Keep checking back for more updates regarding the Hospital CIMA in Escazu, Costa Rica.

Here are some pictures of hospital CIMA that I took.

On Sunday I visited the real estate project, The Village at San Buenas, with another real estate broker based out of Manual Antonio. He and I took the CCCBR class together several years ago and I don't think we had seen each other since. It was a good meeting and he liked what he saw. The project will be undergoing some improvements in the next 60 days that will drastically change the way it shows right now.

I'm off to grab a dinner but I'll be back soon!

Pura Vida!
